1. How do I place an order?

Choose the product, add it to the cart, fill in the delivery and payment details, and confirm. For magnetic tiles, you can upload the photo directly on the product page before adding it to the cart. You will always receive a confirmation email within a maximum of 24 business hours. The order is only considered accepted after express confirmation from our part.

2. Can I order without creating an account?

Yes. You can purchase as a guest, no registration required.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

For non-customized products, you can cancel until the moment of shipment via info@tiapureza.pt. For magnetic tiles, it is not possible to cancel or change the order once production has started. Address changes must be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation.

4. If I detect an error in the order, what should I do?

Contact us immediately at info@tiapureza.pt. If production has not yet started, we can make changes. Once production has started, changes are not possible. Always check the details carefully before confirming — personalisation is done exactly as you send it to us.

5. What payment methods are available?

Multibanco, MB Way and debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment data is processed securely and encrypted — we do not store card information.

6. What is the deadline for paying by Multibanco?

The Multibanco reference is valid for 48 hours. If payment is not confirmed within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled. Production only begins after payment confirmation.

7. Do prices include VAT?

No. Tia Pureza operates under the VAT exemption scheme provided for in article 53 of the VAT Code. The prices shown are the final prices.

8. What are the delivery times?

For magnetic tiles: production up to 8 business days after photo receipt, plus 2 to 4 business days shipping for mainland Portugal and 3 to 5 business days for Azores and Madeira. Estimated total delivery time: 10 to 12 business days for mainland Portugal and 11 to 13 business days for Azores and Madeira. For non-customised products: 2 to 4 business days for mainland Portugal and 3 to 5 business days for Azores and Madeira, after payment confirmation. During periods of higher demand, lead times may be slightly longer.

9. Is shipping free?

Yes, for orders equal to or greater than €50 with delivery to mainland Portugal. For the Azores and Madeira, shipping costs are always applicable and shown at checkout before completing the purchase.

10. How do I track my order?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking code and a direct link for tracking. You can also check at www.ctt.pt or contact us at info@tiapureza.pt.

11. How is my order packaged?

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In order to promote sustainability, we reuse packaging materials whenever possible. For this reason, the outer packaging may contain references to other brands, which in no way affects the product or the shopping experience.

12. What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

The carrier will leave a notice. You should contact the carrier directly to reschedule or collect the order. If the order is not claimed within the period established by the carrier (usually 7 business days), it will be returned to Tia Pureza and the re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

13. How does the magnetic tile process work?

You can send the photo in two ways: by direct upload on the product page, at the time of ordering, or in reply to the confirmation email, for which you have 5 working days. Production starts after receiving the image in suitable conditions and takes up to 8 working days.

14. What are the photograph requirements?

JPG or PNG format, minimum resolution of 1000 x 1000 pixels and good overall quality, with no important elements near the edges. For best results, use a portrait-oriented photograph. For website upload: between 1 MB and 15 MB. For email submission: minimum 1 MB, no defined maximum limit.

15. Does Aunt Pureza send a preview before production?

No. Personalisation is done directly based on the photograph submitted. Therefore, it is important to carefully check the quality and suitability of the image before submission.

16. What kind of images can I use?

Only photographs of you or for which you have explicit authorization to use. Images taken from the internet without a license, or illegal, offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights, are not accepted. By submitting an image, you declare that you hold all necessary rights to it, including image rights of depicted persons. Tia Pureza reserves the right to refuse images that do not meet these requirements.

17. Can I use my company's logo?

Yes. Send the high-resolution file with a transparent background (PNG). If you want the logo to cover the entire product, please send the image already prepared in that way, as we do not perform image editing. Contact us in advance to confirm feasibility and deadlines.

18. Are the colours the same as what I see on the screen?

There may be slight colour variations between the image displayed on screen and the final product, due to differences between devices and printing processes. These variations do not constitute a product defect.

19. Can I return a product?

Non-customized products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition, with intact packaging and all tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Magnetic tiles are produced specifically for each customer, with unique personalization, and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article 17, point b), of Decree-Law no. 24/2014.

20. What to do if the product arrives damaged?

Refuse the order or report the incident to the delivery driver, photograph the damage, and contact us immediately at info@tiapureza.pt. Claims for damages must be reported within a maximum of 14 days of receipt.

21. What is the product warranty?

All products have a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 84/2021. In case of a defect, please contact us with a detailed description and photographs within a maximum of 2 months after detection.

22. What happens to the photos I send?

They are used exclusively for order production and deleted after its completion and delivery, plus the return period (30 days). We do not publish products with personal customer photographs without prior written authorization.

23. Is my data shared with third parties?

Only with entities strictly necessary for the execution of the order, namely transport companies, production partners, and payment platforms, under contracts compliant with the GDPR. Your data is never sold to third parties. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

24. Is it safe to buy from Tia Pureza?

Yes. The website uses SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and data protection in compliance with GDPR and Law no. 58/2019.

25. How can I contact Aunt Pureza?

Via info@tiapureza.pt, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. We will reply within a maximum of 48 business hours. Questions related to images or customisation may require a slightly longer response time.
