We accept JPG or PNG with a minimum resolution of 1000 × 1000 px and between 1 MB and 15 MB. The original photo from your mobile phone or camera always guarantees the best result. Customisation is done exactly with the image you send us, so please check carefully before sending.

Production begins after receiving the photograph in suitable conditions. By sending it, you declare that you hold all rights to the image, including image rights of the people portrayed.

Notes:

  • There may be slight colour variations between the screen and the final product, which is normal in printing processes and does not constitute a defect
  • Personalised magnetic tiles are excluded from the right of return due to regret, under the terms of article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I send a photo from my cell phone?

Yes, as long as it has good resolution. Minimum: 1000 × 1000 px and 1 MB. Avoid digital zoom or blurry images.

2. How do I send my photo?

Upload directly on the product page or in reply to the confirmation email. You have 5 working days after placing the order. Accepted formats: JPG or PNG, between 1 MB and 15 MB.

3. What is the production time?

Up to 8 business days after photo receipt, plus 2 to 4 days for shipping (mainland) or 3 to 5 days (Azores/Madeira). Total estimated: 10 to 13 business days.

4. What size should I choose?

  • 5.5 × 5.5 cm: ideal for details or sets
  • 5.5 × 7 cm: portrait format, versatile
  • 7 × 7 cm: greater visual impact

All look great on the fridge or metallic surfaces.

5. Can I see the result before production?

We do not send previews. The customization is done exactly with the image you send us, please check carefully before sending.

6. Can I return or exchange a custom tile?

No. As items produced specifically for you, with your unique customisation, they are excluded from the right of return (DL 24/2014). In case of a defect, you have a 3-year legal warranty, please contact us with a photo at info@tiapureza.pt.

7. Is my photo secure?

Yes. The photographs are used exclusively for order production and deleted after its completion, plus the 30-day return period. We never publish customer images without prior written authorisation. Data processing complies with the GDPR and Law No. 58/2019.
